WOODSOUND is a spacious and wooded neighborhood located 20 miles north of Seattle, in unincorporated Snohomish County, WA. Each of our 144 single family homes was built more than 40 years ago. There are several greenbelts that meander through the neighborhood. They offer easily accessible walking trails, which residents use year round. These green belts are populated with mature Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, and Alder trees. The general wellbeing of the community is overseen by the Woodsound Homeowners Association (HOA) and is managed by an all volunteer Board of Directors, who live in the community.
Woodsound is nestled between Lynnwood and Edmonds. Residents enjoy access to transportation, great public schools (Mukilteo School District), parks, shopping, healthcare, and the nearby Puget Sound.
Everyone who owns property in Woodsound is a dues paying member of the Association and has a say in the governanace of the neighborhood by volunteering to serve on the Board.
All members are encouraged to register with our online HOA management platform. Here members can pay their dues, review board minutes, and fill out architectural requests.
